About

What is PSA?

We’re Sarah and Ange. Two S&C coaches who happened to end up on the same sideline. We are coaches, student exercise physiologists and the duo behind PSA.

From athletes to everyday people, we’ve coached it all.


And what we know for sure? Training should be simple, evidence-based, and actually enjoyable.

PSA grew from that shared vision. To create coaching that blends structure, education and experience for anyone who wants to train with purpose, move better and understand their body.

The 'ALL-IN' Program

'ALL-IN' 

The All-In Program combines structured online programming with in-person technical coaching.

Designed to help you train smarter, move better, and perform at your best.

What you’ll receive
  • Weekly program delivered through the Everfit app.

  • Structured gym and field sessions to complete in your own time.

  • One in-person field session per week with Sarah and Ange (valued at $240).

  • Focus on sprinting, acceleration, and stepping technique to sharpen on-field performance.

  • Two additional in-person testing and performance sessions per block (exclusive to All-In members).

  • Track progress and performance from start to finish so each block builds with purpose.

 

​Price: $50 AUD per week (billed monthly)

'BUILD'

The Build Program is a primarily online strength-based system with bonus in-person sessions. It’s designed to develop strength, power, and movement efficiency that translates directly to performance. Perfect for those chasing structure and results in the gym.

What you’ll receive
  • Weekly program delivered through the Everfit app.

  • Structured gym sessions to complete in your own time.

  • One in-person field session each week with Sarah and Ange (valued at $240).

  • Focus on lifting technique, progressive overload, and overall performance development.

  • Two in-person testing and performance sessions per block to measure improvement and guide progression.

​Price: $40 AUD per week (billed monthly)

'CONDITION' 

The Condition Program is a primarily online conditioning system with bonus in-person sessions. It’s built to improve aerobic capacity, speed, and repeat-effort ability, helping you perform stronger for longer when it counts.

What you’ll receive
  • Weekly program delivered through the Everfit app.

  • Structured conditioning sessions to complete in your own time.

  • One in-person field session each week with Sarah and Ange (valued at $240).

  • Focus on running efficiency, repeat efforts, and recovery between high-intensity work.

  • Two in-person testing and performance sessions per block to monitor progress and performance outcomes.

​Price: $37.50 AUD per week (billed monthly)

OPEN FIELD (IN PERSON)

Open Field sessions are for athletes who want to drop in, move with intent, and sharpen their game-day performance — without committing to a full program. Each session targets speed, conditioning, and on-field efficiency through structured drills and game-based movement.​

What it includes
  • 60-minute in-person field session.

  • Focus on running mechanics, conditioning and movement quality.

  • Every session run by BOTH Sarah & Ange .

  • Open to all levels

 

May book up to 1 hour before the session (subject to availability).

​Price: $30 AUD per session
