Refund Policy
1. Free Events
PSA occasionally runs free sessions or community events.Because these sessions are free of charge, no refunds apply.If you cannot attend, please cancel as soon as possible so another participant can take your place.Repeated no-shows may limit access to future free sessions.
2. Paid Events & Programs
All bookings are confirmed once payment is received.Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the event start time may be eligible for a credit or transfer to a future session (unless otherwise stated).Cancellations within 24 hours, or failure to attend (no-show), result in forfeiture of the booking fee.Refunds are not provided for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or non-attendance.Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a remedy (refund, replacement, or credit) if a service:is not supplied with due care and skill,is not fit for purpose, oris not provided as described.These rights cannot be excluded under law.

3. Event Changes or Cancellations by PSA
PSA may postpone, reschedule, or cancel events due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.If an event is cancelled by PSA, participants will be notified promptly and offered a credit, transfer, or refund (where applicable).PSA is not liable for any additional costs (e.g. travel or accommodation) resulting from event changes or cancellations.

4. Processing of Refunds
