Please note:
We are currently running our Off-Season block. Our Pre-Season block will commence from 5th January 2025.

Anyone who joins before this date will be automatically added to the Off-Season program. Once the Pre-Season program goes live, you will be seamlessly transferred into the Pre-Season program.

No action required — your training will continue as scheduled.
