WHAT PROGRAMS DO YOU OFFER?
We currently offer three coaching programs — All-In, Build, and Condition — plus our Open Field in-person sessions.
Each program runs in structured 8-week blocks and is delivered through the app with complete programming, tracking, and communication with your coaches.
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE PROGRAMS?
All-In – Our full coaching experience with both gym and field training. Includes weekly programming, in-person field sessions, and testing each block.

Build – Focuses on gym-based strength and performance. Delivered online with optional in-person field sessions.
​
Condition – Designed for field performance with aerobic, anaerobic, and repeat-sprint conditioning. Fully delivered through the app.

Open Field – Our in-person speed and skills workshop coached by both of us. Each week covers a specific focus in sprinting, acceleration, and movement.
DO I NEED EQUIPMENT OR A GYM?
Programs include both gym and field options.
You’ll need gym access for strength sessions, but all conditioning and movement-based work can be done on a field or open space.
DO I NEED TO BE AN ATHLETE TO JOIN?
Not at all. While our programs are written with performance in mind, they’re also great for anyone wanting to get fitter, stronger, and move better.
CAN I BOOK 1:1 OR 2:1 COACHING?
Yes. We offer private sessions for individuals or small groups.
Sessions are fully customised to your goals.

WHEN DO NEW BLOCKS START?
A new block starts every 8 weeks, but you can join at any time.
Your program begins from Week 1 in the app, so you won’t miss out.
Open Field sessions run weekly — you can book any session, or use them to complement your training block.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY PROGRAM?
To cancel, please email info@performancebysarahandange.com. Kindly provide14 days' notice before your next billing date to ensure the next is stopped.
WHAT’S THE POLICY FOR OPEN FIELD SESSION CANCELLATIONS?
For cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance, you receive a credit for another session. If you cancel within 24 hours, the session will be non-refundable. In the event we need to cancel due to weather or issues, you will always a credit or an alternative session.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF A SESSION IS CANCELLED?
If a session is canceled or changed for any reason, we reach out to you directly via email or text as soon as possible.
