OUR STORY
ABOUT SARAH & ANGE
We first met years ago through mutual friends — two uni students still figuring life out, not yet on the career paths we are on now. We clicked straight away but, like most things, life happened and a few years passed before we crossed paths again.
That happened when we both ended up working at the same club. What started as a casual reconnection quickly turned into something more ... a shared respect for each other’s work, the same care for the people we coached, and the same drive to help others reach their goals.
We both noticed how many athletes (especially young females) were missing access to education and guidance around training, their bodies, and setting goals that actually made sense. We wanted to change that.
Now, as we both finish our Exercise Physiology degrees, we’ve built Performance by Sarah & Ange around what we value most: education, honesty, and genuine care. PSA is about creating structure and confidence. Helping people understand why they train.
From athletes chasing performance to everyday people building strength and routine, we bring together our experience across different sports and coaching environments to make training accessible, purposeful, and sustainable.
At its core, PSA is about helping you perform better.
