What to Expect
Open Field is a casual, performance-based group session designed to help you move better, build conditioning and train with intent no matter your level. Each session blends running mechanics, movement prep and conditioning in a structured format led by experienced S&C coaches. Location TBC — a confirmation text will be sent to the mobile number used for booking within 24 hours of your scheduled workshop.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings: Open Field sessions run at pre-scheduled times and must be booked in advance through our online system. Bookings remain open up to 1 hour before the session unless capacity is reached. Cancellations & Credits: If you can’t make a session, please cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. With more than 24 hours’ notice, your booking can be credited toward another Open Field session. Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed sessions without notice are non-refundable and cannot be credited. No-Shows: If you don’t attend your booked session and haven’t cancelled in advance, the session will be forfeited. Session Changes: All Open Field sessions are held at set times. In the event of poor weather or coach unavailability, the session may be rescheduled — you’ll be notified via email or through the PSA app/community page. Refunds: Refunds are only available if PSA cancels a session and an alternative date cannot be offered. Safety and Participation: By booking, you confirm that you’re medically fit to participate and agree to follow coach instructions at all times.
